  Memory foam was produced for and dumped by NASA.
  This product decomposes within days after use, breaks down and produces toxic gases and odor that causes headache and nausea at the least.
  It also has ZERO support which if you think about it is what “Memory” means! It means where ever you push down, stays down or stays sunk so 3 nights later you have a sinkhole where your butt was and you get stuck in it.
  It’s basically garbage that companies try to unload to customers under a fancy name.

  Not worth it if you are looking for something that will make a difference in your sleeping. I couldnt tell the difference that i had put it on. The pillows were the worst part too. I woke up everyday with neck problems and even a stiff neck one day. I ended up throwing them in the trash. Save your money and get a new mattress. .

  I surprised my girlfriend with this after she mentioned about how bad a time she had sleeping.
  Granted she had just a basic mattress with minimal padded, but if that if your case, this thing works great.
  She wrote me this morning telling me that she has slept better the last few nights then she has since owning the mattress. She loves how she just sort of sinks into the pad, or “Enhancer”, after a few seconds.
  Definitely worth trying out before you up and buy a whole new mattress.

  I had trouble deciding which one to buy with all the choices out there, so I simple love my new 1.5″ Aerus NaturalTM Eco-Friendly, Cooler Sleep, Memory Foam Mattress Topper – Queen Size
  I was having trouble falling asleep and then waking up at 3:00 AM., always feeling so uncomfortable. I didn’t have to buy a new bed to get a good nights sleep. I am an older woman and now I sleep like a baby, the 1.5 thickness is just right and the price is better than other ones I looked at on-line and in stores.
  A very happy and well rested sleeper. P.S. my husband likes it too.

  We recently purchased a new bed, having to trade in our super soft but back-ache inducing soft bed for a firmer one. I really missed the soft feel of the bed and so ordered this; it makes all the difference! The perfect combination of softness and support – I highly recommend it!

  This is a very nice quality mattress topper; a better alternative to foam. Absolutely no odor. Very comfortable, works like memory foam-bounces back into shape.
  Be sure to put it under your fitted sheet as it has no cover and can only be spot cleaned.

  This was my first purchase from Amazon.com and I am very pleased. I purchased two queen size 1 1/2″ Aerus mattress toppers for our guest rooms. The price was extremely reasonable and the shipping was free. Each guest mattress is firm and older but still in good condition. The memory foam was cut true to size and completely covered each mattress. I slept on one to try it out. The topper has greatly improved the quality of my sleep on this older mattress. It conformed to my body’s shape giving wonderful soft feeling comfort and support and sprang back to its original shape when I got up. It was like a new mattress. Our guests may never want to go home!

  My old mattress was hard and lumpy. My back was killing me. Faced with disposing of the old mattress and replacing it with a pillow-top style for hundreds of dollars and hours of labor or buying a piece of foam to put on top for the fraction of the price, I went this route.

  The 1.5 inch thickness allowed me to tuck it under my fitted sheet. Although these foam toppers can be many times thicker, I have never felt like it was bottoming out. This is the perfect thickness. As soon as I tried it out, my eyes closed and I felt so relaxed. Unlike an ordinary mattress, my weight is more evenly distributed. I don’t feel pressure points and flat spots. My back felt better after only one night. As far as comparing memory foam to a pillow top mattress, it’s a tough call. Pillow top is a bit more firm.

  Other foam products have received negative reviews for the odor. I suppose any new foam product will have a slight odor to it. This one had a “new car” type of smell to it and the manufacturer says it will dissipate in a few days – but, I don’t find it all that bad.

  For the price, this can be replaced every few years if it becomes stained or ripped.

  I purchased this product for my mother who suffers with severe back pains. She has used this for a little over a month now and absolutely loves it. She is sleeping through the night and wakes up with almost no back pains.

  I’ve had this foam mattress for two years, the odor didn’t last once it was aired out in another room for a few days. The mattress is too short by about an inch or two, a queen won’t fit the regular queen mattress, so I purchased a king for my queen. No surprise! The king was too short for the queen! This foam topper will follow the contours of the existing mattress, any depression in the original mattress will show up under the topper. If you have an old mattress, bite the bullet and buy a good mattress.

  I bought this for my mother, she had to stay in bed after surgery and I wanted her to be comfortable. she used this pad for a month and she loved it. Of course it is no substitute for the tempuropedic mattress but it is very decent.

  I purchased this product (2 mattress toppers) for Christmas. It arrived 10 days before scheduled which was much appreciated. The toppers unfolded quickly and there was no offensive smell as reported, they are comfortable and worth the cost of purchase. My sister and I consider them to be a good buy. DhJennings

  I bought this mattress pad a few weeks ago and am only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 stars because of the “newness” smell that others have written about. I let the mattress pad air outside for about 12 hours before putting it on the bed, but it still has the new smell (a few weeks later). It’s not so bad that it’s a hindrance, it’s just obvious if you really try to smell it (I’m sure some Febreze would likely take care of the odor). The mattress pad itself is really comfortable. I feel like I have a brand new mattress and am sleeping really comfortably. This was a really good purchase. Caution however….when the foam pad is shipped, it’s rolled very tightly then shrinkwrapped in plastic. The outside edges get kind of mashed together and hard. When I first opened it, I thought it was going to stay really mashed and hard and I’d have to return it, but after airing it out for several hours, the foam found it’s softness and natural shape. Before putting it on the bed, let it expand to it’s natural shape for a day or so (and try to do something about the odor). Just don’t expect to take it out of the box and put it on the bed straight away.

  This is a great topper….. left out in the open for 3 days so there was no smell once I put it on…..
  very comfy!
